THE SAN FRANCISCO RUNNING WORLD
ACCORDING TO THE TURKEY!
|
This website is dedicated to The Turkey's favorite
things pertaining to running and racing
in San Francisco. This is The Turkey's personal guide, based on his own experiences. His
recommendations & opinions can not be bought.
The Turkey is a native San Franciscan, hatched
& raised, so he likes to think he's clawed around the block enough times, beginning
when he won his first race in 1976 (a 35 yard dash in first grade), to appreciate what's
great about running through the streets of San Francisco.
The Turkey loves feedback, as well as feeding time. Feel free to feed him your
appetizing thoughts on what is inarguably and factually the best running city in
the world, ie. San Francisco!
Enough fowl gibberish. The Turkey welcomes you to his website and encourages everyone to
feast on the cornucopia of running & racing in San Francisco!
Bienvenue!
(5/17/09 - The Turkey realizes that this website needs a major update--coming soon!
Do you know your San Francisco Running History?
What do Johnny Mathis, the 49ers, nudity, a nun, a blind guy, Elvis, a peace activist,
a transplant doctor, a peanut, a Ditz, a dominatrix, an obsessive compulsive, a postal
worker, an Olive, a shortcut miser,
a 10 year old girl, an Eastern European, booze, a global brand, and a cross dresser all
have in common?
